„Berlin Wall“ – 13.08.1961 – 09.11.1989

25 years ago in 1989 the Berlin Wall came down and one year later the unification of two different countries both named Germany was celebrated.

During 28 years of separation beeing devided more than 100.000 citizens of Eastern Germany tried to escape, more then 140 persons in Berlin lost their lifes in this attempt.
