Terms and Conditions „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“

  1. §1  Participants at sightseeings and tours do so on their own risk. Parents are liable for their

    children. Children younger than 18 years, have to be accompanied by an adult.

  2. §2  „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“ and the tour operators do not have any liability for damages resulting from the participation of sightseeing and tours, unless they have evidently acted grossly negligent.

  3. §3  „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“ does not have any liability if doing a tour is not possible for example in case of force majeure or in case of unforeseeable events like catastrophies or severe wether. Some tours in the programm of „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“ have to be confirmed from external persons. Although „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“ is preparing it`s tours well in some cases the tours do not take place. In these cases the customer has the right to cancel the contract and as well requesting the payment. Travelling costs and other requestions for other unconveniances are excluded to be paid from „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“.

  4. §4  The customer has no entitlement how the tour is to be held. „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“ reserves it`s right to change the tour ( for example in case of demonstrations, mass events etc.) and to do the tour from other tour operators or agencies. To see the inner districts from particular buildings like „Reichstag“ or olympic stadium or embassys means that all directions and instructions of the tour guides or security personal have to be observed. Noncompliance can result in the exclusion from the sightseeing or tour.

  5. §5  Participants of a tour have to do a reservation. This can be done in written form or verbally. Throughout the verbally or written confirmation of „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“ the reservation will be booked obligatory and the meetingpoint defined.

  6. §6  The payment for a tour has to be paid cash at the tour operator in front of the tour
    in case of Groupreservation payment in advance at least 14 days in advance via bank transfer. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

  7. §7  Cancellations of a confirmed individual group tour program have to be made in writing to „Stadtgeschichten Berlin“. Cancellations result in these cancelattion fees: up to seven days prior to the event: 30 per cent of the total fee; six days to three days prior to the event: 50 per cent of the total fee. Any cancellations made later require a 100 per cent payment of the total fee.

    The payment has then to be done within a week after tourdate, admonition results in paying a commison 2 Euro plus.

  8. §8  Cancellations of a confirmed individual tour program within 24 hours before
    tourdate ar for free. Any cancellations made later or in case of nonattendance require a 100 per cent payment of the total fee.

  9. §9  If any article of these terms and conditions is ineffectual or void all the other articles are without prejudice.
